This is an instructor supported, but student lead class to allow our members space to share their skills with each other and practise breaking down techniques and sharing them with the less experienced. They will either be structured as a regular class or run as an open mat, please check watts app group for details week by week if you have a preference.
Lead by a very experienced Judo black belt this class is ideal for the stand up game within BJJ. A carefully structured programme created to maximise Judo's efficiency within the rule sets of both BJJ and Judo.

This chilled but powerful aerial yoga class is designed to help you build core strength, increase flexibility, and support long-term mobility — especially useful if your body’s taken a beating on the mats (or just from life in general).
Using low-hanging hammocks, we’ll work through progressive movement flows that are ideal for active recovery, deep muscle release, and building real control in your body. Whether you're into BJJ, just getting back into movement, or looking for a fresh way to support your physical and mental wellbeing — you're welcome here.

Bought in by popular demand! This will be a packed class suitable for total beginners and advanced alike. If you want to add some more strings to your bow or sharpen your existing standup up game this will be ideal. Sparring is kept light and playful.
The toughest session of the week! Hard sparring, lots of positional work and specific drills. A high energy intense class that is a student favourite. Feel free to come and watch for the first one or come and jump straight in!
Me and Will are going to start teaching blade combat lightsaber classes. Here are the reasons why we think you would enjoy the experience:
You'll get a unique skillset from 2 devoted self taught Star Wars fanatics.
You'll learn how to fight like your favourite characters.
And you'll have the chance to learn the fundamentals of all 7 lightsaber forms.
Each class will be 1 hour long, and at the beginning you will get a free trial session. After that, if you enjoyed it, it will cost £5 per class or £20 a month with weekly Friday classes 5-6 pm and the opportunity to practice outside during the Saturday open mat if the weather's good.
What is the point in learning lightsaber duelling?
The ability to learn choreography and to do films and performances with it makes dueling with sticks or whatever you use 10 times more fun. You'll be able to amaze people with your flourishing skills, and what we teach is completely transferable to other blade fighting styles.
Is there a minimum age you need to be?
The minimum age is 10, because we think that learning long choreographed sequences could be too complicated for anyone under that age.

DC’s no gi session is being extended by popular demand! Our no gi and leg lock specialist is moving to Friday and being extended. DC’s expertise is already felt through the club and this extra time will prove valuable.

This space will be perfect for either pressure testing and drilling what we've been working on through the week or welcoming in guest instructors to share their "A game" with us.
