How it all works!

We're using a platform called Gymdesk, you can quickly sign up, manage your membership, and keep track of your training progress. This means you can spend more time doing what you love, and less time worrying about the administrative details. Additionally, the programme allows for seamless communication between the club and its members, ensuring that everyone is always up-to-date and in the loop.

and you'll be asked to fill out a simple form and select your membership options.

The sign up button will convert to a "My account" button. Whack that and it'll take you to your member portal within Gymdesk

This is where the good stuff happens! Using this you'll be able to track attendance, track promotions, receive notifications and updates, control your payments and membership options, purchase merchandise from the online shop and many other features. If you want to return to this main web site just hit the "shop" button on the left and it'll bring you back here. Once you have created and if you want - personalised your profile, and have an active membership you'll just select the classes you want to attend, easy!

It might all seem a bit much but we're establishing the foundations for growth, sustainability and consistency. Although drop-ins are welcome we're trying to avoid the "pay per class" model as it's not conducive to commitment, consistency or motivation for our members. Instead, we're offering a flat monthly rate, which is more cost-effective for regularly training members and easier for us to manage mat space as it will be limited...

This project is built from the foundation up, and there may be some early challenges. If you come across any problems, please inform us, and we will work together to overcome them!
