The 24JJ beginners course is tried and tested! Developed over many years and built off the back of the original CF24 beginners programme that was specifically set up for new starters to join the world of BJJ. This is our fourth time around running the programme and the previous courses were a total success with nearly all of the existing participants still training regularly with us - and going on to compete and medal in some major competitions. 

We're looking forward to welcoming new members into our growing community and this is the perfect way to do it. We're co-creating a fantastic environment for growth and the learning of BJJ and through this course we hope to offer you the perfect introduction into the space.

The classes will be relaxed, there won't be any pressure to do anything you're not comfortable with and there will be experienced members on hand to help out and support you where needed. We've got a strong ethos within the community of really helping and supporting each other, raising everyone up together. A small number of existing members will be assisting in the classes to really bring this ethos straight into the programme from the off set.

If you're keener and wanted to get stuck straight into BJJ then we've got you covered as well - included in the deal is 6 weeks Gold membership (Unlimited training) giving you full access to the timetable. All the classes are beginner friendly and we encourage everyone to attend as many as you can make - you'll find all the existing members welcoming, friendly, helpful and supportive.
